Am flying on Tuesday Have a trial run at home. All of your saved places can be found here in My Trips. Its like i dont want to be ill but it makes me worry so i get really tense and nervous which makes me even more ill although its definately not just a fear of vomiting because im fine if im ill at home but on a plane theres nowhere to get fresh air or walk around so i just sit stiffly in my chair for however many hours until i can get off the plane.

My fear of flying is claustrophobia and panic attacks. I have zoned out through nasty turbulence and I've unfortunately panicked as well.
